请不要在 Soul Mirror、关系档案、Timeline 或本地解读历史中保存自己或他人的真实姓名、电话号码、电子邮箱、家庭或工作地址、社交账号、联系方式，或任何敏感个人信息。解读内容仅供反思与娱乐，不应作为关于他人的事实判断。
3. 解读内容与数据
您在塔罗、雷诺曼、星骰、答案之书及星盘模块提交的问题和生成的内容仅用于当次解读会话。解读内容在传输过程中经过加密，服务端不会长期存储您的提问或解读结果。
每日一牌的正逆位状态以匿名方式保存在您设备的本地存储中，用于保持当日牌面一致性。解读缓存同样仅存储在本地。本网站不会读取、上传或分析这些数据。
4. 反馈与建议
当您通过"建议与反馈"功能提交意见时，您所撰写的文本内容和选填的联系方式将被发送至我们的服务器并存储于 Cloudflare KV 存储中，仅用于改进产品质量。我们会定期审查反馈内容，不用于任何营销或追踪目的。
提交反馈即表示您同意我们将上述信息用于产品改进。您有权随时联系我们来请求删除您的反馈记录。
5. 第三方服务
本网站通过 Cloudflare Pages 托管，通过 Cloudflare Functions 处理解读请求。Cloudflare 作为数据处理者，受其隐私政策约束。

SoulVue ("the Site") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Data Collection
The Site does not require account registration and does not collect personally identifiable information, including but not limited to: name, email address, phone number, geographic location, or social media accounts.
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may log anonymized request metadata at the server level (such as status codes and response times) for service quality and abuse prevention purposes. This data does not contain any personally identifying information.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous visit statistics. This service does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not create user profiles.
2. Cookies and Local Storage
The Site does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
To enhance your experience, the Site may store a small amount of preference data in your browser local storage (such as language preferences and reading mode preferences). This data is stored entirely on your device, is never uploaded to any server, and you may clear it at any time through your browser settings.
A Service Worker caches static resources on your device to accelerate subsequent page loads. This does not involve any personal data.
2A. Soul Mirror / Relationship Archive Local Records
Soul Mirror, Relationship Archive, Relationship Archive Timeline, and local reading history are stored only in your current browser localStorage for continuity on this device. These local records are not uploaded to SoulVue servers. Clearing browser data, switching devices, or using private browsing may remove them.
Do not save real names, phone numbers, email addresses, home or work addresses, social accounts, contact details, or sensitive personal information about yourself or others in Soul Mirror, Relationship Archive, Timeline, or local reading history. Reading content is for reflection and entertainment only and should not be used as factual judgment about another person.
3. Reading Content and Data
The questions you submit and the generated content across Tarot, Lenormand, Astro Dice, Book of Answers, and Astro Chart modules are used solely for the current reading session. Content is transmitted over encrypted channels, and the server does not persistently store your questions or reading results.
The daily card upright/reversed state is stored anonymously in your device local storage to maintain consistency throughout the day. Reading caches are also stored locally only. The Site does not read, upload, or analyze this data.
4. Feedback and Suggestions
When you submit feedback through the "Feedback & Suggestions" feature, the text you write and any optional contact information you provide are sent to our server and stored in Cloudflare KV storage, solely for product improvement purposes. We periodically review feedback submissions and do not use them for marketing or tracking.
By submitting feedback, you consent to our use of that information for product improvement. You have the right to contact us at any time to request deletion of your feedback records.
5. Third-Party Services
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare Functions for request processing. Cloudflare acts as a data processor and is bound by its own privacy policy.
The Ko-fi link on the Support page leads to a third-party sponsorship platform. Clicking it will redirect you to the Ko-fi website, which has its own independent privacy policy and terms of use.
5A. Payments, Entitlements, and Refunds
Paid detailed-reading passes are processed through Dodo Payments and SoulVue services hosted on Cloudflare. To create checkout sessions, restore access, and handle customer support, SoulVue and Dodo may process your email address, SoulVue order ID, Dodo payment ID, payment status, selected product, currency, and entitlement balance.
Entitlement balances are stored in Cloudflare KV using a hashed email lookup plus local browser storage. We do not store full card numbers, bank credentials, WeChat Pay credentials, or Alipay credentials on SoulVue.
Unused digital entitlements may be eligible for refund review. Once an AI reading, follow-up, report, weather expansion, share card, or complete-history unlock has been generated or consumed, refunds are generally not available for that used entitlement. Refund handling is subject to Dodo's merchant-of-record and payment-provider process.
6. Data Security
All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect information in transit, including but not limited to: transport-layer encryption, security response headers (X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy), and rate limiting mechanisms.
7. Disclaimer
The Tarot readings, Lenormand readings, Astro Dice readings, Book of Answers, and Astro Chart services provided by the Site are for entertainment and reflective purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
Users assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on reading content. If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns or a life crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional.
8. Minors
